AUVSI SUAS is an annual competition that challenges student teams to design, build, and operate unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs or drones). The competition typically involves a series of missions that test the capabilities of the teams’ autonomous systems. These missions often include tasks such as autonomous flight, target identification, and payload delivery.
In 2023, I actively participated in the Swarm UAV Competition organized as part of the TEKNOFEST Technology competitions. Tasked with developing software and algorithms for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) operating collaboratively as a swarm, the competition aimed to assess the practical functionality of these algorithms in real-world conditions. As a member of my team, our objective was to comprehend the operational aspects of software algorithms for swarming UAVs and explore their potential applications in both civilian and military domains.
Explore the practical side of control systems with our EE407 project, focusing on the Ball and Beam system. We opted for a Hot Wheels car for better sensor accuracy. 🏎️⚙️ Check out the GitHub repo for detailed insights.
Dive into the world of signal processing with EE430 projects—exploring innovative solutions in digital signal processing. From analyzing short-time Fourier transforms to experimenting with dual-tone multi-frequency signaling, each project unveils the power of DSP. 🌐🔊
